ElectroFlo – Isıl ve Elektronik Soğutma Analizi

ElectroFlo, çözümü zor elektronik soğutma ve tasarım sorunları için özel olarak tasarlanmış; CFD uzmanı olmayan kullanıcılar için kolaylıkla iletim (conduction), doğal & zorlanmış taşınım (natural and forced convection), radyasyon (radiation) ve konjuge (conjugate) ısı trasferi ile ilgili problemlerin çözümüne olanak tanıyan CFD tabanlı bir paket programdır.
